Zynga Moderators Not Helping (per usual)

This poor user have asked for help before, and not gotten it. Now they need help to figure out how to send a support ticket to get their cash back. (I assume that means Farm Bucks bough with real money.) The "helpful" moderator links them to... report a bug.

Lets look at what the page says, especially the text in red.

This user still have no way to get help since the moderator linked them to a page that will not help them send a support ticket. Brilliant. Not.

Zynga Moderator Insult - Accidental Clicks that Sell or Buy Things

Time and time again I see people asking for help when an accidental click have made them buy or sell something they want to keep. This often happens because of lag or because of events suddenly happening on the farm. The suggestion to "slow down your clicks" has to be the most insulting advice I've seen so far. None of the advice I've seen has ever helped the person with the problem. (Not that I've seen them all.)

This is a huge problem since you can buy things you don't want with Farm Bucks. Personally I've lost 28 farm bucks when a lag caused me to buy some junk I did not want or need. Any help to get it back? No.
